Purpose:

The International Key Account Operational Manager delivers both strategic and operational impact across Global Travel Retail. The role leads crossfunctional strategic projects that go beyond individual Key Accounts, addressing broader GTR-wide priorities and supporting senior stakeholders with insights, frameworks, and decisionmaking tools. At the same time, the role provides handson operational support across multiple Key Accounts, ensuring seamless execution of commercial initiatives, alignment across regions and functions, and strong contribution to the longterm GTR strategy.

Position:

  • Lead large crossfunctional strategic projects that span multiple Key Accounts and broader GTR priorities, delivering insights, frameworks, and decisionmaking tools for senior stakeholders
  • Drive strategic analysis and commercial deepdives (margin management, optimization levers, category strategy, value propositions, and commercial model improvements) to inform longterm GTR and KA direction
  • Provide operational support across several Key Accounts, ensuring effective coordination with IKAMs and regional teams and enabling consistent, highquality execution of commercial initiatives across markets
  • Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration (Finance, Marketing, Insights, Regions, Sales) and translate strategic outputs into actionable guidance for markets and KA teams

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent (preferable)
  • Fluent English
  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial, strategic, or key account–related roles within FMCG, Travel Retail, or similarly complex multi-market environments

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively identifying, shaping, and driving strategic and operational initiatives aligned with broader GTR objectives
  • Experience operating in matrix or cross-functional environments (e.g., OFC-type roles), delivering results through influence rather than direct authority
  • Excellent project leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior management and regional teams
