Warehouse Parts Coordinator 

This position will supervise the flow of parts goods receipt to Warehouse and Production.  Responsible for accepting work in the parts service area and Kardex storage unit.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Acceptance of the spare parts in warehouse and in production request, SAP - booking of the parts including warehouse shifts, quantitative check of the parts provided, making parts available to the machines according to production instructions and the production program including SAP - bookings, withdrawal of the parts from production, quantity counting and re-storage at the right place including SAP booking, various inventory work.
Coordination of spare parts storage and shipments execution.

2. Assistance in receiving parts (all work in accordance with the specifications):
- Incoming inspection, booking of parts in SAP
- Coordination of the flow of parts from goods receipt to production- Optimization of internal and external storage options

3.  Working safely with the electric pallet jack, the storage racks and other systems in the warehouse and in production, operating  the Kardex machine.

4.  Adhering to the specifications of the ISO manuals, visual control of production parts (quality), applying and helping to adjust the instructions based on 5S3R.
Holiday replacement in the Logistics & Warehouse area, taking over during breaks, introducing and training new employees (including ISO document).

5. Assisting with various work as required throughout the warehouse as directed, parts handling and assisting with inventory if required.
Take full accountability of the safety measure in maintaining ZERO LTI in the factory as well as performing the tasks in a safe and good environment manner.
Ensure full compliance with JTI Code of Conduct, EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidelines, internal regulations and work performance instructions, ISO requirements, 5S3R principles. Continuously improve processes within MS. Perform any other tasks as instructed by Manager.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Completed professional education, preferrebly in Logistics area.
• At least 3 years  of work experience, preferrebly in Parts Handling.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Manual pallet jack trained and ability to lift 40lbs. Good physical endurance, attention to detail , and willingness to do shifts work.
• User knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
