What to expect
During your 18‑month Sales Trainee Program at JTI Dagmersellen, you’ll gain a full behind‑the‑scenes view of our Sales and Marketing organization.
Starting in September 2026, you’ll rotate through three key areas of our business—Field Sales, Key Account Management & Commercial Planning, and Marketing. You’ll contribute to impactful projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop strong commercial skills that will set you up for future success within our organization.
For the first 6 months, you’ll join our Field Sales Force and experience the dynamics of the market firsthand.
Your next 6 months will take place in our Sales department, where you’ll gain exposure to Key Account Management and Commercial Planning.
In your final 6 months, you’ll join our Marketing team and work with our iconic global brands across a variety of activities — contributing from strategy to execution.
