Quality Trainee (m/f/d)

Looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment? As a Quality Trainee, you will support our Quality management team in ensuring high standards across processes, systems, and performance reporting. This position is designed for students or recent graduates who are passionate about quality, continuous improvement, data analysis, and operational excellence.

From day one, you will contribute to real business challenges by supporting KPI reporting, maintaining quality scorecards, analysing data, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Development.

This role will help you develop practical experience in Quality Management while building strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the Quality Management team in monitoring and improving quality performance across the factory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and supporting problem-solving activities.
• Participate in maintaining quality systems, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality-related projects and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support the implementation of Integrated Working Systems (IWS) practices and visual management tools.

Is it a match?

• You're currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You're curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a manufacturing environment.
• You enjoy working with data and turning insights into action.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You're comfortable using Excel; knowledge of SAP or Power BI is a plus.
• You're fluent in English. German is an advantage.
