Production Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)
We're looking for a Production Analytics Engineer to help drive operational excellence in our manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll transform production data into actionable insights, work closely with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact factory performance. Position:
As the Production Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) you will:

Analyze production data and key manufacturing KPIs to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Create dashboards and reports that help teams make data-driven decisions.

Ensure production data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.

Investigate operational issues using root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.

Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams to solve challenges and optimize performance.

Turn data into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, quality, and process stability.

Provide analytical and organizational support to the Production Lead
Requirements:

A degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience working with data, reporting, and performance metrics in a manufacturing environment. Experience in FMCG or other fast-paced production environments is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems using data, as well as the ability to spot patterns, identify root causes and drive practical improvements.

Confidence using Excel and Power BI to turn data into insights.

A proactive mindset, attention to detail and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.

Fluent English and German.

Understanding of Lean, continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies (e.g. IWS, DDS or PDCA).
