What to expect

Starting in May or June 2026, you’ll join JTI Dagmersellen as a P&C Summer Intern and gain hands‑on experience behind the scenes of our People & Culture (P&C) function, with a specific focus on Rewards.

Your Tasks – What you’ll actually do

You’ll get hands-on experience across core P&C operations, including:

  • Own the Time Tool: manage our time & attendance system (Timetool) and support employees with questions
  • Go-to contact for time tracking: be the first point of contact for everything related to working hours and absences
  • HR admin in real life: support day‑to‑day HR administration including EO registrations, child allowance topics, and employee requests
  • Payroll support: assist with monthly payroll processes and learn how it works behind the scenes
  • SAP exposure: work with P&C data in SAP and gain insights into core P&C systems
  • Rewards projects: support global and local projects in the Rewards area (compensation & benefits)
  • Day-to-day P&C business: collaborate with experienced P&C colleagues and contribute to ongoing improvements and projects
