At JTI Dagmersellen, we are looking for young talents to join our MAS Trainee Program. This role offers a hands-on introduction to how materials, planning, and production come together in a highly automated and innovative factory environment.

What You’ll Do

As a MAS Trainee, you will:

• Support material availability planning for manufacturing operations
• Analyze production plans and forecasts to support material requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and help optimize stock targets
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
• Support suppliers and track deliveries to ensure smooth production flow
• Contribute to lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement projects
• Use data and digital tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI) to support planning decisions

Who We’re Looking For

You are a great match if you:

• Recently graduated (or are about to graduate) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Confident working with Excel and data-driven tools; SAP and Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Are eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
• Enjoy working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams
• Are comfortable in an international environment
• Speak English fluently (German is a strong plus)
