Consumer Activation Lead Manager (m/f/d)
Position:
The Consumer Activation Lead Manager leads the team responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing consumer activations across all physical touchpoints. They translate Consumer Journey priorities and brand strategy into impactful, scalable, and measurable experiences that perform across retail, flagship, and on‑the‑go environments.

- Activation Strategy & Execution: Develop activation strategies across physical touchpoints by aligning them with Consumer Journey priorities, funnel goals, and brand direction.
- Touchpoint Excellence & Experience Delivery: Own the end‑to‑end execution of consumer activations, ensuring each touchpoint delivers the best possible experience for its role in the journey while balancing premium quality, scalability, and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with Consumer Journey, Brand, Retail Operations, Digital, Media and CRM teams to ensure all activations align with journey design and to integrate physical activations into omnichannel plans fully, ensuring consistency and impact across touchpoints.
- Performance Measurement & Touchpoint Optimization: Own the measurement and optimization of activation performance at the touchpoint level to ensure each activation delivers against its objectives.
- Collaboration & Influence: Partner closely with Multicategory Brand, Digital, and Consumer Journey teams to ensure end-to-end consumer-centric activations, aligned within the overall marketing ecosystem.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and develop a high-performing team of four Consumer Activation Managers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and strategic excellence.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing across disciplines, preferably in Brand Marketing/Activation, including leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills & a problem-solving attitude
- Fluent English, good command of German or French is a plus
