Job title: Territory Sales Supervisor (Cuando-Cubango

We are looking for a Territory Sales Supervisor to join the ambitious & passionate JTI Angola Sales Team. The Territory Sales Supervisor will drive direct sales operations to meet area volume and distribution goals, cultivate strong customer relationships and develop customer base in assigned territory. The candidate will also be responsible to manage the micro-distribution team, and to support key accounts, closely collaborate with trade marketing team to ensure trade relationships and implement company strategic plans.

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Drive direct sales operations for JTI to meet area volume and distribution goals;
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and develop customer base in assigned territory;
  • Collaborate closely with sales team based in office to manage trade relationships and implement strategic plans;
  • Support and work closely with the key accounts and trade marketing team to ensure brands visibility and expand consumer base;
  • Ensure achievement of area target outlet coverage, SKU offtake, numeric and weighted distribution, call efficiency, outlet drop size, POS control and effective merchandising;

 

Who we are looking for – Requirements:

  • University Frequency or degree in business administration, finance, or marketing;
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English will be an advantage;
  • 5 years  or more experience in FMCG or similar sector;
  • Strong negiotation skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage teams and work independently without supervision;
