Regional Sales Manager – Western Canada
Lead and manage the Sales team in Western Canada (BC, AB, MB, SK) to achieve JTI’s sales volume, share of market, distribution and growth objectives. This role involves strategic planning, team development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve impactful results aligned with JTI’s goals.
Position:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Engage and coach the sales team, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets through implementation of sales programs and activities with focus on ROI and budget management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Work closely with the Key Account, Brand and CS&P teams to identify growth opportunities and build strong partnerships with customers.
Requirements
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Experienced in both strategic planning & sales execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
