The Product Sales Representative main task is to sell JTI products, ensure stocks availability to all covered outlets, effectively manage subsequent collection, provide superior sales service, protect the product from competition, maintain an excellent relation with the industry partners, continue to grow or develop additional outlets, and exercise good leadership within his assigned geographical area.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Establish a course of action to accomplish specific goal on territorial priorities using available resources. Drive change to improve over all activities including itinerary to ensure the right frequency of trade call.

2. Proper and correct implementation of the Basic Call Procedure. Proper handling, maintenance and effective use of the assigned vehicle. Proper handling of sales tools including salesman’s organizer, forms, accountable documents and all other materials/company properties necessary to the job.

3. Maintain an intensive territorial coverage plan based on itinerary and customer master list (census of outlets) that will attain 100% customer visit. Maintain professional relationships and positive outlook towards the company, superior, peers, branch personnel and customers. Maintain appropriate disbursement of selling allowance.

4. Attend to all correspondence and keep an orderly filing system for easy reference.Always be aware of competitive activities, local trading conditions and other matters affecting your work and the company in general.

5. Communicate information, feedbacks, comments, concerns and suggestions to your superior for Management to render judgment, take action or make decisions.

6. Organize territorial visits so as to maximize coverage in a given territory in the most efficient, productive and profitable coverage.Submit Daily Coverage Plan taking into consideration the least time, money and effort in accomplishing daily task. Plan wise use of tools, promo materials and product samples that will ensure maximum accomplishment of objectives.

7. Always maintain proper decorum/corporate image which will affect others pleasingly and influence them favorably about the company’s products and the company in general.

8. Expedite implementation of special assignment that may be assigned from time to time or as may be necessary.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. University graduate or any related course

2. Minimum 1 to 2 years professional sales experience.

3. Very good selling and negotiation skills.

4. Possess good working attitude and value integrity.

5. Must have valid Driver's License with Restriction code 1,2,3

6. Fluent in local communication skills 

7. Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Application
