The Area Field Activation Manager has been created to develop assigned traditional and non-traditional trade channels where night-time and day-time adult smokers converge to drive brand affinity and enduce trial by implementing reach expansion, consumer engagement, visibility and trade programs. The success of this role is hinged highly on his/her ability to manage field marketing executives and specialists who negotiate for opportunities to conduct activation in legal-aged meeting points in assigned territory and/or channel/s. Due to the nature of the channel/s that may be assigned, the incumbent is required to work in the evenings and must be willing to work on weekends and across key holiday dates of necessary.


He/She will report to the Consumer Activation & Field Marketing Head.





  • Bachelor degree level in Marketing or related field.
  • With 6 years professional experience in marketing, brand management, consumer and trade marketing preferably in multinational or FMCG company
  • Capable of creating and implementing consumer promotions and merchandising activities
  • Good in project management skills, negotiation skills, consumer and agency relationship management skills
  • Highly result-oriented and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility and customers oriented attitudes are required
  • Excellent computer skills, with an effective communication style and good presentation skills.  
  • Fluency in English and local lanaguage is required
