Main Areas of Responsibility

1. Promote Employment branding through Universities Compaign , Career fairs and corporate events

2. Use diversified recruitment channels and building strong relationships with universities and recruitment agencies

3.  Manage the entire recruitment process including Job Posting, conducting competency based interviews, screening  tests  evaluating   applicant qualifications and submitting job offers

4. Ensure using the best recruitment trend and practices in complinace with JTI global standards

5. Advise and train line managers on the recruitment practices, selection methods, interviewing skills

6. Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required

Education : Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or any relevant Discipline

Work Experience: 3-5  year of relevant experience

Language Skills: Very good English language skills

Functional Skills: Excellent user of MS Office (Words, Power Point and Excel.Solid knowledge of highest recruitment practices. Ability to manage time effectively . Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
