The incumbent will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures and maintaining proper employee data to ensure smooth and efficient operations for all employee life cycle including social insurance, attendance, employee data documentation and filing, hiring and exiting procedures.

 

Responsibilities

  1. In charge of all Employee life cycle, opening employees’ files, drafting hiring contracts, renewal of contracts, creating employee profile
  2. Ensure adherence to all legal regulations matters, oversee the operations of legal personnel procedures and activities implementing complaint governance practices.                                                                                                                                      
  3. Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.                                                                                                                                               
  4. In charge of social insurance for all employees, submit all related payments to social insurance entity compiles, prepares, and maintains statistical reports as requested.                                                                                                                                    
  5. Ensure that all hiring’s & exit process steps are in line with policies or procedures.                                                                                                                                               
  6. Ensure compliance with the labor and insurance law within the company, be updated with all new laws and regulations and social insurance.  

 

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  1. Bachelor Degree of any relevant discipline.
  2. 3- 5 Years of Experience
  3. Very good command for English and Arabic
  4. Detailed oriented with Strong Analytical skills, well-structured and organized - Fast & accurate handworker, Proactive and always take initiatives.
