Job Purpose:

The job holder of this position will be reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, he/she will be in charge  to manage day-to-day activities related the Compensation and Benefits function, as well as supporting on annual processes and ad hoc requests.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Consolidate HR Department Opex and review it vs approved budget.
  2. Administer  annual benefits plan and develop new benefits program as requested.
  3. Support on  monthly payroll execution to ensure smooth delivery of accurate and timely payment for employees.
  4. Review all payment variables associated with Change in pay (Promotion , hiring &  transfer etc).
  5. Implement the annual merit increase permitted within budgetary limits according to approved pay policies.
  6. Support on annual budget preparation.
  7. Handle financials of all service providers payment related to the Compensation and Benefits Department.

 

Job Prerequisites:

  • University degree from a relevant discipline.
  • Fluent English and Arabic .
  • 3-5 years post qualification experience.
  • Experience in relation to FMCG is also a plus.
