What is this role about

In this position, you will receive the daily sales cash collections from all sales representatives and you will be responsible for all the supporting functions related to the collection, cash count, and documentation. 

What will you do

• Deliver the daily sales collections to the security cash transaction service company  
• Receive and deposit key account checks into the company bank account 
• Process the daily collection settlement for each sales representative in the sales application  
• Conduct a daily cash count for the sales collection safe and send the cash balance report to the Accounts Receivable and accounting manager  
• Arrange a weekly document settlement to replenish the petty cash safe custody  
• Organize a monthly physical count of the petty cash safe and the sales collection safe, and provide a statement of all outstanding expense claims to the accounting team                                                                                                                                                           

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting                                                                                                   
• 2+ years of experience as a Cashier in FMCG companies                                             
• Good English in reading and writing                                                     
• Strong computer skills
• Effective communication skills
• Good analytical skills
