What you'll do

  • As a field based Business Adviser your patch will cover the Great Yarmouth/Lowestoft area. This is a varied role and you will be traveling and meeting new people regularly.
  • You’ll be targeted on store visits providing crucial support, as well as cover during holidays and absence for our Business Advisers to ensure continuous achievement of company objectives and KPIs. This includes, but is not limited to, meeting the designated call rate, call coverage target, selling products, educating retailers and retail staff, investigating stock anomalies, planogram compliance, merchandising and any other in-call activities as required.   
  • Working in the Independent, Symbol, Key Multiple Grocers, Wholesale, Gas and Convenience channels, selling the benefits of JTI products by utilising adaptive sales methods. Drive category sales and JTI performance by taking an inquisitive approach to solve issues at store level and cascade action plans to rectify issues. Work collaboratively with accounts and Account Managers to provide effective solutions and monitor the impact of interventions.

  • You’ll have a desire to succeed, be target driven and customer focused.

  • You’ll have the ability to build strong business relationships
  • You’ll have a well-developed range of interpersonal and communication skills
  • You’ll be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritising and handling multiple tasks
  • You’ll be self-motivated and able to use your initiative
  • You’ll have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • You’ll be proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You’ll have held a full automatic or manual driving licence for over 2 years, with no more than 3 penalty points

 

How we'll reward you

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,500 per annum plus a company car.
