We are looking for a Reduced-Risk Products Manager (m/f/d) as of now to strengthen our Marketing Department in Cologne.

 

Your Job Mission:

The RRP Manager will operate within the RRP Brand Team in the Marketing Department contributing to the development of the overall brand strategy, responsible for driving multiple brand initiatives and projects in the areas of brand strategy, brand portfolio and performance, brand equity, packaging, communication, and consumer engagement.

We are looking for an experienced brand manager who is passionate about brands and consumers and is constantly striving to use this knowledge to enhance the brand offers and overall experience. You will join a dynamic, diverse team and in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to test new and progressive ways of building brands, to ensure that our brand offer stays relevant to our target audiences, contributing to building a business that is sustainable for the future.

 

Your talent - communication and organization

  • University degree in Business/Economics, Marketing or other related fields
  • Solid professional experience in marketing and in-depth knowledge in customer negotiations and management
  • Strong analytical and strategical thinking
  • Very good understanding of marketing measures and corresponding KPIs
  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG / tobacco industry is a plus
  • Precise working approach with high demands in own work quality
  • Good interpersonal skills, open minded, quick learner
  • Desire to contribute own ideas
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

  • Support the development and execution of brand and pricing strategies
  • Be responsible for coordination, execution and measurement of marketing & sales activities
  • Create deep and holistic understanding of market environment and category
  • Constantly monitor all relevant KPIs and derive correcting measures if necessary
  • Implement business objectives as product listings, promotions, distributions
  • Create effective working relationships with all stakeholders across the market organization and headquarters
