D&IT Business Solutions Manager (m/f/d)
At JTI, we support digital transformation by providing scalable and efficient business solutions across markets. As D&IT Business Solutions Manager (m/f/d), you will manage a portfolio of business applications within a defined functional domain. You will guarantee stability, governance, and ongoing development. You will partner with team members to address capability gaps, coordinate regional rollouts of centralized systems, control vendors and budgets, and develop innovation aligned with corporate D&IT standards.
Position:
As the D&IT Business Solutions Manager (m/f/d), you will:
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and align demand with agreed roadmaps
- Leverage existing global and regional solutions to improve standardization, re-use and faster adoption across markets
- Lead or support rollouts of centralized systems across the region, including localization, data migration, resource coordination, and launch
- Collaborate cross-regionally to accelerate deployment and transfer guidelines for consistent implementation
- Manage the assigned application portfolio within a geographically distributed team, ensuring excellence across incident, problem, change and improvement management
- Ensure applications remain stable, adhere to corporate governance and security standards, and meet all compliance requirements
- Lead incident and crisis management in close coordination with Market/Cluster D&IT Leads to ensure accurate prioritization and minimal business disruption
- Provide user enablement and training to ensure effective system adoption and value realization
- Apply approved low-code tools and integration standards (APIs) to deliver scalable capabilities and improved user experience
- Actively monitor technology trends and propose innovations that increase efficiency or enable business model evolution
- Act as subject matter expert within the functional technology stack, continuously upskilling and enabling business solutions
- Manage regional D&IT budgets for assigned applications, ensuring transparency across run and change costs
- Support financial planning cycles (AP/SP/LE) while driving cost optimization and efficiency
- Ensure vendor performance, contractual compliance and alignment with D&IT policies, J-SOX controls and architecture standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year managing Business Solutions or Application teams (people management where relevant), preferably in multinational FMCG environments
- Proficient in English and German
- Experience in at least two of the following: Microsoft Power Platform, Data Lake/Data Warehouse technologies, Field Sales Solutions, Online Sales/Loyalty/Payment systems
- Strong expertise in business requirements analysis, process documentation, solution development and application architecture
- Proven project management experience in medium to large-scale initiatives, including financial planning and budget oversight
- Solid business analysis and supplier/vendor management capabilities
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, complex environments, manage conflict and act decisively in crisis situations
- Strategic and analytical approach with strong communication skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, influence collaborators at all levels and get results
