We are looking for a Commercial Finance Coordinator (m/f/d) to strengthen our Finance team in Cologne.

Your Job Mission:

To strengthen our Finance department in Cologne, we are looking for you as a Commercial Finance Coordinator (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. As a responsible and committed individual, you will support our Finance Team mainly with the planning, reporting, analysis and control of Marketing and Sales budgets.

Your Responsibilities - Exciting and Diverse:

• Execute the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Design and refine advanced financial models, empowering data-driven strategic decisions across the organization.
• Analyze financial performance, uncovering trends, risks, and opportunities to fuel business growth.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders across cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational objectives, both within Germany and at our Headquarters.
• Produce insightful monthly reports, delivering variance analysis and financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
• Champion process optimization, leveraging technology to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

Your talent - organized and motivated - to make a difference: 

• University degree with major subject in Finance or similar equivalent

• Spirit of teamwork and flexibility to cooperate in a multinational & agile environment
• High degree of personal initiative and responsibility for results
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Fluency in English (German would be an advantage)
• Solid user of Office Applications (advanced in PPT & Excel)
