In this role, you will analyze company data to identify essential patterns, trends, and anomalies that enable smarter, faster, and more informed business decisions.

You will work closely with teams across all departments—both locally and globally—as well as with external clients. Together, you will deliver the best business solutions and drive impactful initiatives that contribute directly to the company’s long‑term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and contribute to the development of key commercial strategies and initiatives that drive business growth
• Contribute to defining the company’s short‑, medium‑, and long‑term commercial objectives and support monitoring progress toward them
• Support the design and execution of initiatives aligned with company priorities, ensuring measurable impact
• Contribute to consolidating cross‑department priorities into a unified operational plan, considering resources and expected returns
• Analyze performance and efficiency indicators, providing clear, actionable insights to support decision‑making
• Support budget coordination, allocation, and ongoing monitoring to strengthen financial efficiency

• University degree in Economics or a related field
• Experience in Business Analysis
• Solid understanding of FMCG sales and distribution processes
• Experience in sales, marketing, or market research will be considered an advantage
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Power BI skills will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in Romanian and English
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and a client‑oriented mindset
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams
