Car Fleet, EHS & Data Protection Associate
Join our team to support day-to-day operations across fleet management, EHS, data protection, budget control, and site security.
In this role, you will help ensure a smooth employee experience, maintain strong compliance, deliver accurate reporting, and drive continuous improvement across multiple operational areas, while also contributing to sustainability and wellbeing initiatives to create a safe, responsible, and inclusive workplace.
Position:
As a Car Fleet, EHS & Data Protection Associate, you will:

Manage end-to-end company car fleet administration, including vehicle lifecycle, vendors, costs, and driver support

Maintain accurate records and dashboards for fleet, safety, and compliance metrics

Coordinate EHS trainings, inspections, medical checks, and incident reporting

Support data protection activities, including documentation, privacy checks, awareness, and compliance tracking

Build and monitor budgets, track spending, manage invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities

Coordinate site security, access control, incident logs, and vendor oversight

Partner with Facilities, People & Culture, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant outcomes

Support and help drive sustainability, wellbeing, and DE&I initiatives and other employee programs
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Legal, EHS, or a related field

2+ years of experience in fleet administration, EHS, data protection, or other related areas

Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple workflows and deadlines

Clear, service-oriented communication with employees and vendors

High level of discretion and ethical standards when handling confidential information

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and documentation systems

Familiarity with fleet portals, learning platforms, and incident/observation logs is an advantage

Romanian and English required
