Rewards Associate GSC
We are seeking a Rewards Associate GSC for a position located in tetouan and reporting to People & Culture Manager N&WA
What you will be doing:
As a Rewards Associate GSC, your responsibilities will include:
PAYROL
- Ensure timely and accurate salary calculation and payment for all employees.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and Rewards policy.
- Follows up on monthly reporting process on all local payments, ensuring proper annual tax calculation and reconciliation.
- Ensuring that all payments made to International Assignees (IA) are in accordance with IA policy.
- Manage the relationship with the payroll outsourcing provider.
- Prepare job offers in a timely and accurate manner.
MOBILITY PROGRAMS
- Manage and execute necessary actions for implementations of Mobility programs, including but not limited to: obtaining residence and work permits, work visa, housing arrangements, and other documentation for expats and their families.
- Handle all necessary documentation for secondments.
- Ensures that all programs are aligned with Local legislation and respective mobility program policy.
PERSONNEL ADMIN
- Ensure all personnel documentation for JTI Maroc employees is prepared and that all documents are tracked, filed and maintained in compliance with the local legal framework.
- Manage the registration of employees start/end date in state institutions and provide the state health card.
- Enroll new employees in Private Health Insurance program, and applicable benefits.
- Maintain and update all activities in SAP/Success Factors.
BUDGET & REPORTING
- Executes Labor cost budgeting process for JTI Maroc Factory in all related fields.
- Conduct Labor cost variance analysis.
- Manage specific factory systems (Time management, etc).
- Manage all local and regional HR reports.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Social Sciences
- Minimum 1 year working experience with payroll. Finance background is an advantage
- Fluent English
- Advanced user of MS Office and SAP
