PROCUREMENT, PROD, PLANNING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a proactive and precise PROCUREMENT, PROD, PLANNING SPECIALIST in Tetuan, Morocco, to report to the Manufacturing Services Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

you will be fully responsible for preparing and executing raw material procurement and support in production planning. Your role will involve conducting Material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure efficient production scheduling, managing raw material ordering cycles, maintaining Purchasing Info Records (PIR), evaluating suppliers, and overseeing Purchase Price Variance (PPV).

This position is essential for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement, and supporting production planning. Your contributions will be vital to enhancing production efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION

University (Masters) Degree in industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years experience in a Procurement & Planning role or supply chain position (FMCG sector is a plus).

SKILLS

• Excellent English, French, and Arabic.
• Excellent MS Office tools (Excel), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership and drive to have things done
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative and adaptable mindset
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles
• Strong decision-making capabilities
