Digital Consumer Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Consumer Specialist for a position located in Casablanca office and reporting to Marketing Lead N&WA.
The ideal candidate will be supporting the execution of a comprehensive digital strategy and online activation plan, ensuring alignment with the broader portfolio objectives. It involves contributing to the development of consumer-focused digital strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the Northern & Western Africa markets. The role encompasses the expansion and management of digital platforms, the implementation of new tools, and the continuous optimization of existing systems.
What you will be doing:
Digital Marketing operations execution:
- Run marketing automation campaigns using tools like Adobe Campaign, MoEngage, Braze or equivalent tools
- Digital platforms Content management systems execution: Builder.IO, Magento, WordPress, Drupal or equivalent systems
- implement Loyalty programs and mechanics, and actively working with third parties to come up with rewards for consumers
- UX and CX design using Figma and other prototyping tools to create HiFi and LoFi designs
Digital Strategy support and Platforms Implementation:
- Support the Cluster Digital Manager in driving a Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that balances both global and local needs. Ensure continuous alignment with the wider team to synchronize online and offline strategies, while managing the execution and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support in Develop scalable best practices that can be replicated across markets and Optimize Digital Platforms: Develop and enhance online digital platforms, including websites and social media, across consumer touchpoints. Identify user pain points and areas for improvement.
- Execute and Refine Digital Marketing Strategies: Ensure these strategies are implemented according to a defined timeline across various markets, aligning with overall portfolio objectives and market-specific goals.
- Content Management: Manage and update digital content across all platforms (social media, websites, and microsites), ensuring consistency and alignment with portfolio and digital strategy guidelines.
KPI Setting and Tracking:
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- KPI Setting and Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Ensure continuous tracking and analysis to drive data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
- Paid Media Strategy & KPIs: Develop a versatile strategy across online and offline touchpoints to achieve reach and deliver targeted messages to our audience.
Innovation and Competitive Landscape:
- Stay Up to Date with Trends and Technologies: Continuously monitor the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance our digital marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor Competitive Landscape: Regularly analyze the competitive landscape, including direct competitors and ""out of category"" benchmarks. Identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team, Legal teams, Digital & it business solutions manager & agencies to implement and optimize digital marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio strategy.
- Manage External Relationships: Oversee relationships with external digital agencies and vendors, including contract negotiation, scope of work management, and performance tracking.
Budget Management:
- Oversee and manage the Digital budgets at the cluster level, in collaboration with the Cluster Budget Planning Manager.
- Ensure that budgets are utilized effectively and efficiently, aligning with the strategic portfolio direction and aligned with Market cycle plans.
Requirements:
- Experience in running marketing automation campaigns using tools like Adobe Campaign, MoEngage, Braze or equivalent tools
- Fluent in English. French & Arabic is a plus
- University degree in Digital Marketing, Computer science or Business Administration

At least 5 years experience in Digital, Brand Management is a plus in a FMCG company
- Knowledge in Content management systems like Builder.IO, Magento, WordPress, Drupal or equivalent systems
- Experience in Loyalty programs and mechanics, actively working with third parties to come up with rewards for consumers
- UX and CX design using Figma and other prototyping tools to create HiFi and LoFi designs
- Expertise in maintaining and evolving brand identity, guidelines, and positioning across digital platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of creating and executing integrated marketing communications plans that align with business goals.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume, high-complexity projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve operational issues, including website outages, consumer complaints.
- Strong analytical abilities to track performance metrics, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge in eCRM and eCommerce platform ecosystems is plus.
