 CORPORATE SECURITY MANAGER

 

We are looking for an experienced CORPORATE SECURITY MANAGER, possessing solid knowledge of crisisand risks management,  as well as physical security arrangements. The role is based in Casablanca, Morocco.

 

What you will be doing:

Reporting to Regional Corporate Security Director, you will represent the Corporate Security MENEAT team within the N&WA Cluster. Your key focus will be performing risk analysis and establishing security related procedures. You will be involved in hands on  implementation of practices targeted at leading local crisis management.

Your main areas of responsibilities shall be:

  • Performing risk assessments within the Cluster.
  • Establishing and rolling out security related programs.
  • Taking care of safety related initiatives, exercises and drills.
  • Performing corporate security audit program, background checks and due diligence and investigations.
  • Managing corporate knowledge, records, promoting relevant best practices in order to ensure continuous improvement of corporate security deliverables.

You will act as a liaison with market heads, law enforcement institutions, intelligence, and security agencies.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience within law reinforcement organizations or in the area of private security. Working in Corporate environment is a plus. 
  • 5+ years of experience within a military, law enforcement or intelligence organization. Additionally private sector security experience is highly beneficial.
  • English, French is essential, Arabic is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of local legislations related to security.
  • Good overall knowledge within the area (Northern and Western Africa).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid leadership potential.
  • Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Sense of accountability and proactivity is a must.
  • Ability to find solutions and drive results.
