CFS & NTM PLANNING ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CFS & NTM Planning Associate in Tetouan, Morocco, to join our Manufacturing Services team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a CFS & NTM Planning Associate, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring the timely availability of CFS and NTM raw materials to support production requirements. You will develop, maintain, and adjust material supply plans based on production demand, inventory targets, available stock, supplier lead times, and supply constraints while preventing shortages and excess inventory.
You will coordinate with Procurement, suppliers, and Logistics to ensure timely material deliveries. You will track delivery status, supplier performance, and inventory risks and propose appropriate mitigation actions when required.
You will work closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Production teams to align material availability with production schedules. You will review demand changes and update material plans accordingly to maintain supply continuity.
You will support New Product Development projects by planning material readiness in line with project milestones and launch timelines, ensuring that all required materials are available on time for successful product introductions.
You will also maintain accurate planning master data in SAP, including material parameters, lead times, safety stock, and planning settings. You will prepare planning reports, material availability analyses, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making. Additionally, you will analyze inventory performance and contribute to stock optimization, write-off reduction, inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and supply reliability.
EDUCATION
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain. Experience within the FMCG or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Experience with SAP MRP and material-planning processes is considered an advantage.
SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Good understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and supply-planning principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- SAP knowledge is highly preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; French and Arabic are an advantage
