Business Development Manager

 

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a position located in the east region (Fez) and reporting to Sales & Trade Marketing Manager.

 

The Ideal candidate will be responsible within his assigned region, for the achievement of pre-defined Sales & Distribution (S&D) key targets.

 

What you will be doing:

 

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Manage and strengthen the relationship with the local distributor, ensuring effective coordination, KPI monitoring, and efficient distribution of JTI Brands.
  • Lead and support the distributor in achieving distribution targets, monitor stock levels, contribute to objective setting, and drive JTI Brands performance.
  • Manage the Trade Loyalty Program, ensuring its efficient execution at regional level Monitoring performance and ROI
  • Supervise at regional level, the execution of the consumers programs and activities:
  • Develop, Implement & monitor S&D plans and initiatives,
  • Provide the Management with daily/weekly updates in regard to sales and market development/evolution at regional Level.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration
  • Fluent in French, English & Arabic. "Berber" would be an appreciated plus
  • 4-6 years experience in Sales & Distribution/Distributor Management/Channel management/Trade marketing & Implementation of consumer and costumer Programs.Experience in Brand Management is a plus.         
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing data, KPI's monitoring, and reporting
  • Oriented attitude towards consumer and customer service
