Branch Finance Associate (Temporary)

 

What this role is about: 

You will be primarily responsible for proactively collaborating with field partners by providing timely support and feedback on branch operations, driving process improvements and implementing approved initiatives or policies, ensuring accurate and timely review, recording, and reconciliation of branch transactions, monitoring compliance with company policies while establishing accountability among branch personnel, and validating the accuracy and completeness of customer transactions, including master data.

 

As the Branch Finance Associate in the area of Accounting & Finance, you will: 

Business Partnering & Collaboration

  • Partner with commercial teams and actively participate in branch activities and consumer engagements
  • Engage in local CBU discussions to address operational updates, risks, and opportunities
  • Work closely with field teams to resolve findings (e.g., AR, SPAR, CLU) in a timely manner

Branch Finance Operations

  • Ensure accurate and timely validation, recording, and reconciliation of branch transactions
  • Oversee daily REVO validation, check clearing, and cashless payment monitoring
  • Review CWT, route settlements, and process CN/DN adjustments

Compliance & Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs (e.g., QAR, CLU utilization, SPAR)
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
  • Support credit management processes aligned with business targets

Reporting & Analytics

  • Deliver accurate monthly closing and reporting activities
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to CBU partners

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support cross-functional projects and process improvements as needed

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of total experience with background in FMCG focusing on the accounts receivables and credit management.
  • Knowledgeable in credit management policies and procedures.
  • Good understanding of integrated systems (e.g. ERP).
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • With MS Excel expertise (Functions / Formula)
  • Must be flexible, proactive, highly organized and detail oriented
