Buildings & Utilities Intern

We are looking for a motivated Buildings & Utilities Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily management of Buildings & Utilities activities and operations.
  • Follow up on daily checklists and support monitoring of ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Assist in identifying gaps, technical issues, and operational risks while supporting timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance and utilities activities.
  • Support maintaining buildings in optimum operating condition in line with company standards.
  • Assist in monitoring maintenance contracts and following up on contractors’ performance.
  • Participate in Buildings & Utilities projects and support project coordination activities.
  • Help prepare reports, analytical data, and KPI tracking related to Buildings & Utilities operations.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance plans for buildings and utilities systems.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure required utilities are continuously available.
  • Contribute to EHS, Energy, and Quality Management initiatives and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Engineering student or fresh graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications.
  • Good command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Eagerness to learn and gain practical experience in Buildings & Utilities operations.
