Why does this role exist?

To be a business partner to assigned stakeholders providing high-level HR advisory (such as recruitment, rewards, people retention and development, compliance with labor legislation and HR policies and procedures) in order to achieve KPIs by the most effective way.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all level sourcing activities (recruitment, talent review, succession development, employer branding)

· Drive and execute the learning and development activities

· Manage HR driven internal communication strategy, which are in line with JTI corporate values.

· Maintain fruitful relationship with stakeholders - employees, Work Council, Trade Union etc.

· Support general administration activities at central office.

· Contribute to engaging company culture by driving engagement / organisational development surveys, diagnoses & drive motivational programs.

· Ensure that HR activities are compliant with Hungarian Labor Code, as well as global & local HR related regulations. Taking active part in Compliance tasks with Legal function.

· Manage HR admin and payroll related activities

· Ensure high level of  quality of HRIS data (SAP HR) and timely global and local HR metrics reporting

· Manage one direct report and external providers 

 

Basic requirements:

· University degree , special HR qualification is a plus 

· 5+ years of HR experience in a multinational organization (preferably,  FMCG) 

· Languages: Hungarian is a must. Fluent written and spoken English.

· Emotional intelligence (maturity) is a key, sound judgement

· Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
