Shift Supervisor (Temporary, 3 years) 


Department:  Production 

Location: Bucharest 

Reporting to: Production Management 

Role: Temporary, 3 years 


What will you do - Responsibilities:  

  • Overviewing the daily activities in the shop floor, administering the employees during the shift, and making sure they complete their tasks effectively; 

  • Managing administrative topics: maintaining time-keeping and personnel records, managing time-off requests, handling last-minute absences, reallocating crews in case of lines stoppages; 

  • Working closely with Area Leaders in order to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the production process and allocation of resources; 

  • Filling-in the documentation related to quality incidents during the night shifts/ weekend; 

  • Ensuring applicable health & safety standards and regulations are followed by the employees; maintaining a tidy, organized and safe workplace. 


Who are we looking for - Requirements:  

  • Technical University graduate; 

  • At least 4 years of work experience in a production environment, preferably in a similar position; 

  • Very good understanding of production processes; 

  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations; 

  • Team-working, communication, and interpersonal skills; 

  • Problem-solving attitude; 

  • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel); 

  • Experience in working with SAP is considered an advantage; 

  • English knowledge - conversational;

  • Availability for working in shifts (12h);
