Location: JTI Romania HQ : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompeiu 9-9A.

Reporting to: Operational Planner Manager

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

In this position, you will be responsible for administrative and operational support in working with databases. The scope of this role is to provide support in digitalization projects for the Sales structures.
 
 Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • Student in terminal year(s) of study;
  • experience with databases and IT business applications/ systems (ERP / CRM);
  • Basic knowledge in Sales, distribution systems and Trade Marketing activities;
  • Good analysis skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactivity;
  • Attention to details;
  • Proficient in using of MS Office.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • provide administrative and operational support for the smooth running of activities related to ongoing digitization and technology projects
  • provide direct support to Operational Planner in implementing new tools to streamline sales and trade marketing processes.
  • propose the development of specific reports for the sales and trade marketing force, in the applications / systems currently used.

Paid internship.

Trainings offered:

  • 1 day induction about company & internship program
  • On-the-job training

Commitment: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Period: July 1st – September 30th 2021
