Department: Finance Planning

Location: JTI Romania HQ : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompeiu 9-9A.

Reporting to: Senior Investment Controlling Analyst


What this position is about - Purpose:

The position holder is responsible for ensuring the proper bookkeeping of the capital expenses, freight and duty invoices, for checking and submitting related templates to GBS (Global Business Services).
He/she also offers support in the timely and accurate reporting of the related expenses to the management team and authorities.
Also, the position holder can perform entry-level tasks in management accounting/capex accounting.

 Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • Student in terminal year(s) of study preferably – degree in Economics;
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
  • Very good English knowledge;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • Checks invoices and submits templates to GBS;
  • Follows-up the GBS postings to ensure the accuracy of the accounting entries;
  • Prepares different CAPEX reports;
  • Checks payment proposal list;
  • Archives received documents on a monthly basis;
  • Assists and supports the Factory finance team;
  • Entry level tasks in management accounting and capital expenses analysis.

Trainings offered:

  • 1 day induction about company & internship program
  • On-the-job training

Commitment: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Period: July 1st – September 30th 2021
