Electrical Engineer Site Supervisor (Temporary, 2 years)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate all electrical activities on a construction site. This position ensures that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of the electrical site team and monitor project progress.
- Inspect and check equipment, materials, and workforce on-site to ensure availability and suitability.
- Review electrical project work to ensure quality and alignment to specifications.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on operations and work activities.
- Implement safe work practices and ensure that all safety policies and standards are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team.
- Maintain close coordination with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all electrical project activities.
Who we are looking for – Requirements:
- High Technical School or Faculty of Electronics, Power Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Construction Installations - Electrical Specialization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project positions, particularly in construction and site supervision roles.
- Fluency in English and native-level Romanian language skills.
Other skills and knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of local networks and peripheral devices.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
