Civil engineer site supervisor (Temporary, 2 years)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction activities on-site. This role is responsible for ensuring that civil construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and excellent coordination skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site. 

• Ensure that all construction work is completed to high-quality standards. 

• Monitor the quality of work and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications. 

• Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and handling of all materials and equipment on-site. 

• Monitor construction progress and make adjustments to plans or schedules as needed to maintain project timelines. 

• Maintain close coordination with the architectural team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 

• Keep detailed and accurate records of all construction activities and site operations. 

Who we are looking for – Requirements:  

• Graduation from a Technical University of Construction. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in engineering project positions. 

• Fluency in English and native-level Romanian language skills. 

Other skills and knowledge:    

• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD. 

• Basic knowledge of local networks and peripheral devices. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

• Ability to lead and handle site personnel effectively. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
