Brand Specialist in Digital (Reduced-Risk Products) 

 

 

 

What this position is about – Purpose: 

 

Join us to play a key role in driving Ploom's online presence! You’ll work alongside our team to execute impactful consumer acquisition and retention strategies. Your efforts will help boost brand equity, grow market share, and maximize profitability through innovative digital initiatives. 

 

What will you do – Responsibilities: 

 

As a Brand Specialist, depending on the team needs you will have diverse tasks, such as: 

  • Contributing to the development and execution of the Digital Ecosystem strategy at the market level; 

  • Supporting the implementation of consumer acquisition and conversion campaigns across various online platforms, including e-commerce, social media, SEO, and display ads; 

  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline consumer journeys; 

  • Monitoring and analysing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns; 

  • Managing budgets and ensuring all projects are executed in alignment with financial objectives and timelines; 

  • Managing CRM and loyalty programs to drive consumer engagement and retention; 

  • Working closely with global and local teams to ensure proper coordination and alignment on digital initiatives. 

 

Who are we looking for – Requirements: 
 

Education: University degree;  

Work experience: ~2-3 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Campaigns, or e-Commerce Management, preferably within the FMCG industry; 

Language: Romanian and English proficiency; 

Required skills and knowledge:  

  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies; 

  • Strong project management and analytical skills. 

Preferred qualifications (Nice-to-Have): 

  • Experience implementing data-driven acquisition and retention strategies; 

  • Understanding of omnichannel communication, digital marketing, and eCommerce programs; 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads); 

  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
