CRM Specialist

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia


What this position is about - Purpose:

CRM Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of JTI sales force automation systems. This includes development & testing of new functionalities and / or system changes, responsibility for end-user and new user trainings, and providing support to the team in ensuring data integrity and generating reports. If you are passionate to develop further in trade marketing team, this is a perfect opportunity. 

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

•    Customer & point of sale database (CRM) consolidation and management
•    Verification of correct information input by Sales Force

•    Daily work with Siebel, supporting Fieldforce
•    Coordination and import into database territory coverage plan 
•    Conducting onboarding for new users and regular trainings on how to use the system 
•    Defining new functionalities for the system and testing them
•    Active communication with service providers and Sales Force team


Who are we looking for - Requirements:

•    Professional experience in a similar role connected with managing and developing CRM system
•    Functional analysis & design experience including business process and applications configuration design
•    Advanced skills in MS Excel  
•    Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
•    Ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develops skills
•    Highly analytical and data driven. 
•    Command in Slovak and English is a must
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Power BI experience is an advantage
