Consumer and Trade Activation Associate
Position:
This role exists to support Consumer and Trade Activation implementation, with the main focus on visibility and trade marketing activities, following Brand initiatives in order to fulfill our ultimate Company objective: create a competitive advantage in the field and POS.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full support to all C&T Activation initiatives in order to support our Brand Strategies among six (6) key pillars within the area of responsibility (1-2-1, HoReCa, Events, Proxy Social Medias, Visibility and Trade Activation) by ensuring timely implementation in given timelines with high execution level within clearly set KPIs.
- Take responsibility for appropriate investment monitoring of each program and/or activity within the given (from line manager) budget projected for the phased period, as well as, complying with all internal procedures in accordance with JTI Policy and Procedures, while introducing a clear and simple approach in everyday activities.
- Timely coordination between Marketing agencies, as well as, all external suppliers, to deliver smart and outstanding solutions to support all Brand needs in full compliance with legal aspects. The high commitment level of ensuring deadlines and play among key companies' values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Consumer, Trade, and Visibility roles.
- Proficiency in Serbian is mandatory; fluency in English is a plus.
- Driving license (Category B) is advantageous.
