Rewards Specialist Adriatica

What this position is about – Purpose:

The essentials of the role is to ensure that salary and other benefits are in alignment with Rewards policies and applied in day to day activities. You will provide full cooperation and support in maintenance of Rewards structure for Adriatica region.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate salary calculation and payment for Serbia
• Prepare and control Adriatica labor cost budgets, monthly cost report and variances analysis, prepare suggestions for efficient performance when applicable
• Back up for maintaining all personnel documentation for Adriatica employees
• Manages monthly reporting process on all local payments
• Take care of database in SAP HR for Adriatica markets 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• High school diploma (IV SSS)
• Understanding of law, regulations and guidelines related to People and Culture
• Preferably 1 year in a similar position
• Fluent in Serbian and English
• MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP HR would be an asset
