<span 72="">What this position is about - Purpose:


On this position, you will be responsible for working closely with the Sales Team in Lebanon and working on field related tasks namely distribution, branding, visibility of JTI/Nakhla RMC products. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting competitor market activities, providing insight on emerging trends, working closely with the operations team on high quality implementation of sales, distribution and visibility plans and managing relationships with the trade.


What will you do – Responsibilities:


  • Identify target universe based on segmentation for distribution, implement an effective routing and achieve product availability through filling gaps
  • Ensure proper visibility and implement branding at trade level through POSM, units, planogram, etc. as per guidelines in a full compliant manner
  • Gather market intelligence including but not limited to: RSP monitoring, competition activities, competitive information, market dynamics, etc. and report any illicit products on daily basis
  • Implement and assist in activation programs, incentive scheme & trade promotion according to JTI standards and share proposal for new activities
  • Contribute to planning and execution of all marketing and merchandising activities in order to achieve yearly plans. In addition, the incumbent will establish close contract with all channel owners to assist the company in meeting its objectives in terms of volume, distribution, visibility & share of market
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request



Who are we looking for – Requirements:


  • You have an University degree in marketing or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years experience in sales & distribution / trade marketing
  • Your professional experience includes consumer marketing knowledge, brand communication, trade segmentation, merchandizing management, key account management
  • You are fluent in Arabic and good in English. Strong command of Windows applications would be a plus
