Business Development Associate

The role will mainly be responsible to collect and analyze information through duties with the following stakeholders based in Mainland China (Market Corporate Affairs / State Tobacco Monopoly Administration Relations etc.) and daily media monitoring, then report to Manager / Director respectively, under the direction of the Manager in charge of Relations / Director. Also, building good relationships with those stakeholders are necessary.

As a Business Development Associate, you will:

• Collect and analyze information through duties with the following stakeholders based in Mainland China (Market Corporate Affairs / State Tobacco Monopoly Administration Relations etc.) and daily media monitoring, then report to Manager / Director respectively, under the direction of the Manager in charge of Relations / Director.
• Create reports under the direction of the Manager in charge of Relations / Director.
• Support relationship building activities with local Tobacco Monopoly Administration / commercial and industrial China National Tobacco Company under the direction of the Manager in charge of Relations / Director.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years work experience
• University degree or equivalent
• High proficiency in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese
• Logical thinking, communication skills, Microsoft Office suite skills, and has mindset for strong commitment to high-quality output
• Adept in project management, issue finding / solving / improving, and corporate finance knowledge.
• Good to have: Knowledge of China tobacco industrial system and
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders i.e., State Tobacco Monopoly Administration / China Tobacco International.
