What this position is about:
The P&C Manager position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated functions. The position formulates partnerships across the People & Culture function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the organization's business objectives. The P&C Manager maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition.
What will you do?

People Relations and Business Stakeholder Management
•Consults with line management, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation when appropriate
•Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
•Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
•Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
Total Rewards Management:
• Plans, develops, and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices
• Create people dashboards ( headcount, salary & fringe, turnover, gender mix, etc) quarterly
• Work closely with Mercer and Corporate Compensation to ensure market competitiveness which will be used to identify the annual Payline review as well as the Annual Salary Adjustment matrix
• Manage and oversee annual review of health, risk & safety, and savings plans with stakeholders.
•Facilitate annual enrollment periods, communications, education sessions, and wellness event management.
Mobility Management:
• Serve as a single point of contact for in/outbound assignees within Thailand. Partner with Global Mobility and P&C Director to ensure system management, visa services, relocation management, vendors, and government authorities are in good standing and compliant.
• Collaborate with local payroll for onboarding, and integration into local operations, benefits, and programs.
•Record and report all assignees' earnings, housing, allowances, etc to the global tax provider ( Deloitte) within mandated timelines. Update systems for transparency with appropriate contact people. Ensure compliance with local tax authorities.
Talent Management
• Support P&C Associate with managing the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit
•Identifies training needs for functions and individual executive coaching needs.
• Talent Acquisition facilitation for vacant positions with 30/60 day check-ins for new joiners.
• Support P&C Director with Talent Review
Global Projects
•Collaborate with global stakeholders on the implementation of projects in the Thailand market. Including but not limited to training, translation, and communication. (Global Business Services etc)
Other (if applicable)
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Who are we looking for?
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and respective employment laws.
- Fluency in Thai & English (written & verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
