Marketing Associate
This role will support the Brand Managers and SIBI Manager in Marketing Planning, Performance Tracking & Analysis, Portfolio/New Product and Packaging Development and Market Research/SIBI. You will work closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Agencies and Suppliers to ensure excellent execution of Brand Programs, Trade Communication and SIBI Projects
As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Brand Strategy & Planning: Assist the Brand Managers in developing annual and regular Commercial Brand Strategies and Plans and translating these strategies into effective programs and communication materials that comply with Regulation.
- Brand Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Responsible for regular brand performance tracking and report, which includes analysis of Nielsen data, internal shipment/ distribution as well as the usage of Tracker & Incidence Research or implement a quick study (if necessary) to improve brand performance.
- Portfolio Development and Launch: Assist the Brand Managers in New Product and Packaging Development process with the help of GBS and the development of the Launch Plan.
- M&S Reporting & Analysis: Assist the SI Manager by regularly updating market performance such as Nielsen monthly update, Onedata dashboard, and AP regional report, local Power BI system, and liaising with GBS team on M&S Reporting, as well as in updating the market information and performance data for major presentations such as CR, SRC, A&SP, VIP visits and conferences. Conduct regular analysis and connect the dots among the M&S Reports to diagnose issues and opportunities to be shared with the M&S Team.
- SIBI Project Management: Assist the SI Manager in proposing, developing and overseeing all ad-hoc/standalone research projects (qualitative and quantitative) in line with company strategy to support business decision making.
- Brand Project Management: Work closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Agencies and Suppliers to ensure excellent execution of Brand Programs and Trade Communication Initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in FMCG marketing
- Good understanding of Marketing Planning, New Product Development and Market Research/SIBI
- Data Analysis skills (with high attention to detail and data accuracy)
- Project management skills, ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
- Management & Planning skills
- Willingness to learn
- Good English & Thai written and spoke
- University degree, or Bachelor's degree
