Consumer Journey Manager
Purpose: As a Consumer Journey Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and optimizing consumer activation initiatives. Your focus will be on enhancing the consumer experience across various touchpoints, aligning with brand objectives, and ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand strategies and drive business growth, and monitor performance using the Commercial Engine important metric framework.
Responsibilities:

Drive Consumer Journey Strategy for RRP Brands by designing quality input for consumer activation initiatives and omnichannel engagement. Optimize omnichannel engagement and transform strategy and deployment programs to meet brand objectives.

Co-Develop and implement Brand Activation Plan: Partner with internal collaborators to supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of brand activation programs. Increase brand value at optimal costs through consumer acquisition and retention tools, direct consumer activation materials (including digital channels), and communication materials.

Lead cross-functional teams in driving brand strategies and recommending impactful actions. Lead and coordinate internal partners to ensure alignment and consistency in consumer experience initiatives.

Analyze program efficiency with commercial engine metrics to update brand performance and understand local consumer needs and trends. Provide regular evaluations and recommendations.

Oversee and control brand and activation budget and performance by supervising the entire consumer experience funnel to ensure optimal ROI.

Identify commercial priorities and needs, optimizing investment and resource allocation through the commercial engine KPI framework in line with local regulations and brand strategy.
Requirements:

University degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience in activation, marketing, trade marketing or sales in FMCG

Proven expertise in 360° marketing management and strategy development

Strong analytical approach and ability to synthesize data and understand consumer behavior and performance metrics

Commercially driven with strong influencing and leadership skills

Proven project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and focus on what matters

Proficient in English and Hungarian
