Strategic Insights Manager (RRP – Reduced Risk Products)

Join our team and help shape the future of the Reduced Risk Products (RRP) category. In this role, you will transform consumer and market intelligence into actionable insights, own end-to-end research and KPI stewardship, and partner with Brand Marketing and Sales to align consumer journey metrics with business objectives and drive sustainable growth. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

 

  • Own and enhance RRP dashboards using advanced Strategic Insights (SI) tools, ensuring KPIs are integrated seamlessly across all departments 

  • Lead RRP modules within ongoing research projects to ensure KPI alignment and translate complex data into clear, actionable market summaries 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of ad-hoc consumer and trade research projects 

  • Deliver timely, high-quality data analysis and intelligence that empowers internal stakeholders to make informed business choices 

  • Proactively identify and interpret emerging market, consumer and trade trends across the RoMoBu cluster (Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria), transforming data into strategic and actionable insights 

  • Collaborate on RRP market modelling, sourcing information for correct forecasts and aligning outcomes. 

 

What you bring to the team: 

 

  • University Degree 

  • 5+ years relevant experience in FMCG industry in Strategic Insights/Research, Marketing (brand equity/performance) or related fields 

  • Proven project leadership across cross-functional / cross-market projects and teams 

  • Strong business acumen with a good understanding of at least one FMCG category (market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry trends) 

  • Solid understanding of KPI tracking in a digital environment. 

  • Good understanding of market research methodologies with ability to interpret research findings into strategic recommendations 

  • Good understanding of the structures of consumer journeys, including experience with both traditional and digital multi-channels 

  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills  

  • Fluency in English and Romanian
