Production Cell Lead

The Production Cell Lead is responsible for the performance of allocated lines, including safety at work, quality, reliability, production plan execution, productivity and costs for production execution.

Position:

As a Cell Lead, you will:

• Ensure in due time the execution of production orders according to the production plan for the allocated lines
• Allocate the necessary resources and initiate prompt actions to ensure the execution of the production plan, in line with procedures & quality standards
• Support and participate in continuous improvement implementation activities together with the team
• Lead and schedule maintenance actions for the week
• Ensure the performance of daily activities in the specific application and follow the procedures in force regarding team management
• Be responsible for the continuous improvement of the capability of subordinates and communicate with their direct manager to determine their needs for professional training by assessing their competencies
• Spend more than 70% of worktime in the production unit

Requirements:

Education: University Degree
Work Experience: Min. 2 years in activities related with production coordination / management
Language: Romanian, English (good writing & speaking skills)
Other skills and knowledge: 

• Good knowledge of manufacturing process performance, production planning, machine operation
• Knowledge and understanding of specific EHS, Quality Management, Finance, Logistics processes
• Computer skills (MS Office); SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
• Very good planning & organizing skills
• Project management abilities
• Team management skills
