Process Analyst Manager
The role exists to provide deep SAP application and process expertise combined with strong Business Analyst capabilities, supporting regulatory‑driven business solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, and sales processes.
The position requires hands‑on experience in Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and knowledge of Forecast to Stock (F2S) processes, enabling support of:
- regulations impacting manufacturing, inventory, and logistics, and
- sustainability (e.g. sourcing compliance) that are primarily O2C‑ and logistics‑driven.
You will ensure effective daily operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions, while acting as a key link between business, IT, and external solution providers.
Upon request, you will participate in approved projects as an SAP functional and customizing expert.
- Own and manage SAP interfaces and application support requests coming from the Global Service Desk (GSD).
- Provide application support, resolving minor and complex incidents, change requests, and service requests.
- Support regulatory solutions spanning:
- Manufacturing and inventory execution (F2S)
- Sales, deliveries, and billing (O2C)
- Analyze and resolve issues across end‑to‑end processes, ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
- Activities include:
- Reproducing issues in test systems.
- Root‑cause analysis across SAP modules and integrated systems.
- Investigating solutions via internal knowledge bases, SAP Notes, and expert consultations.
- Coordinating with SAP product teams and external vendors where needed.
- Design and validating solutions, including regulatory and audit‑sensitive scenarios.
- Communicating clear resolutions to end‑users.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for incidents and changes.
- Update the knowledge base and provide input to BTS operational procedures to improve service quality.
Business Partnership
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders across:
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain (F2S, T&T)
- Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics (O2C‑driven regulations)
- Act as a Senior Business Analyst, responsible for:
- Understanding business needs, regulatory drivers, and pain points.
- Translating business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Challenging and shaping solutions to ensure feasibility, compliance, and value.
- Support Business/Process Experts in:
- Redesigning or adapting business processes due to regulatory or operational change.
- Ensuring alignment with the Global Reference Model (GRM).
- Designing specifications, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure effective communication between business, IT, and external partners.
Documentation & Stewardship
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation within scope, including:
- BPMLs
- End‑to‑end process flows
- Enterprise structures
- SAP and BTS operational procedures
- Work with power users to document processes from a business perspective.
- Collaborate with project teams and development partners to ensure high‑quality technical documentation and proper QA.
Knowledge management
- Maintain strong functional knowledge of SAP F2S, O2C, and regulatory solutions.
- Keep end users informed of system changes, best practices, and process updates.
- Provide ongoing knowledge transfer and coaching to key users.
- Create, maintain, and validate knowledge base articles.
Major enhancements
- Analyze and support new regulatory and business initiatives, including:
- Track & Trace enhancements
- Sustainability, sourcing, and deforestation‑related regulations
- Analyze, specify, and support new or changed SAP interfaces for regulatory initiatives, including functional requirements, testing, and coordination with development and middleware teams.
- Assess the impact of changes across F2S and O2C processes.
- Support feasibility analysis against standard SAP capabilities.
- Participate in global vs. local impact assessments.
- Coordinate and conduct:
- Unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Testing for new releases, support packages, and custom developments
- When involved in projects:
- Design of business processes
- Perform or coordinate SAP configuration.
- Ensure documentation and standards are delivered.
- Support training and knowledge transfer from external consultants.
What are we looking for?
- University Degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP application support, Business Analysis, and IT delivery roles.
- Strong Business Analyst skills, including:
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Process analysis and modelling
- Functional specification writing
- Stakeholder management
- Application testing, test procedures, and test scenarios
- Knowledge of SAP F2S processes (manufacturing, inventory management, goods movements).
- Hands‑on experience in O2C (sales orders, deliveries, billing, logistics).
- Business experience in related area a strong plus.
- Experience working in support and change management environments.
- Solid understanding of SAP configuration and testing practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Strong project management skills for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and full awareness of quality assurance methodology (detailed knowledge of application testing, test procedures and test scenarios).
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a diversified team under high-pressure situations.
- Good interpersonal skills
