Microsoft Development Manager

We are looking for a Development Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft‑based business applications in a global environment, working on high‑visibility, high‑impact enterprise products that support strategic business outcomes.

This role focuses on software delivery leadership, product execution, quality governance, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
This is a delivery leadership role, with emphasis on coordination, governance, and outcomes rather than hands‑on technical execution.

You will work within a modern Microsoft technology ecosystem (Azure, web, SQL, containerized environments), while owning delivery accountability rather than platform operations.

Position:

• Lead end‑to‑end software delivery for Microsoft application solutions
• Ensure delivery quality, performance, reliability, and predictability
• Act as delivery lead between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors
• Coordinate, guide, and govern external development teams
• Validate technical designs, estimations, and delivery commitments
• Manage delivery governance, SLAs, risks, and dependencies
• Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft Azure, web, and SQL architecture standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery, development management, or product delivery
• 3+ years delivering applications using Microsoft web technologies, SQL Server, and Azure
• Strong experience managing external service providers and distributed teams
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps concepts (delivery perspective)
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines) for delivery planning and governance
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: exposure to Kubernetes or containerized application environments
