Microsoft Development Manager
Join a large, collaborative development team working on high-visibility, high-impact projects that directly support strategic business outcomes. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) , GitOps, Flux, ....

Position:
- Ensure quality and performance from concept to deployment
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Guide outsourced development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and agile practices
- Work closely with IT and business partners to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Lead and coordinate external development teams
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders distributed all over the world
- Validate technical analysis and estimations, and ensure smooth communication
- Manage service provider relationships, SLAs, and governance.
- Plan and execute technical projects with a focus on system integrity and performance
- Advocate for best practices in architecture and code quality
- Explore new technologies and identify opportunities for innovation
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in IT, ideally in global environments
- 3+ years managing development with Microsoft Web & SQL tech (on-prem & Azure)
- 2+ years in project management and Agile/DevOps practices
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Boards & Pipelines), GitHub, and Azure PaaS
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
