Finance Projects & Internal Controls Manager
Purpose of the role
Lead factory project cost control and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Safeguard factory assets through strong internal controls and compliant financial processes.
What you will do
- Coordinate factory project cost control and oversee the project financial reporting
- Compliance with business operating guidance, internal controls and managing the internal and external financials audits.
- Lead monthly factory project reporting; ensure effective cost-control processes and compliance with internal controls (IAS/GAAP); partner with Accounting and Tax on Romanian requirements; maintain factory finance procedures
- Deliver monthly variance analysis vs budget, annual plan (AP), latest estimate (LE); contribute to factory financial analysis as a business partner
- Manage SAP financial data setup and maintenance for materials and products; coordinate related master-data requests; prepare cost estimates for JT Group entities
- Support the annual predetermined production cost calculation; contribute to product costing and cost-center budget consolidation
- Support annual plan review cycles: update material/product costs quarterly, perform required variance analysis, consolidate and report results via GSC Analytics and BW
Requirements
Education: University degree in Economics, Finance or related field
Experience: Minimum five years’ experience in Finance; supply chain experience is a plus
Languages: Advanced English
Systems: Advanced MS Office; SAP including BW.
